     Michael says now is an opportunistic time to build a swimming pool. "Much of the products that go into a swimming pool are petroleum based and those costs have come back down. For how long they stay down remains to be seen. The economy in the Lake Conroe area is not nearly as bad as in Florida and California, which are swimming pool havens. That means demand for swimming pool materials is not as high, which helps to control costs." 
     Michael says a big part of his success is customer service. "Our pools require less than 10 minutes of weekly maintenance. That leaves the fun part.
