Blue Water Pools is owned by Marcus
and Patty Raney. Their sales manager is Pam Podarza. Blue Water Pools features a retail storefront that is a complete supply
and maintenance showroom, located on West Davis in Conroe.
“This showroom allows
us to service our customers completely before, during, and after they purchase their swimming pool,” Marcus says. “Not
many area swimming pool contractors can say this. Because we have made this investment, it makes the entire process go much
smoother. You can look at samples and designs in a professional environment, then after your pool is built, we are still here
and can provide you with the products and expertise needed to properly maintain your pool. We also offer a weekly or monthly
cleaning/maintenance service. The beauty in all of this is you can deal with the same people today or five years from now.
We’re a family owned business, and it’s our family that is going to get to know your family.”
“We feature top quality custom made pools,” Pam says. “We offer both chlorine and salt water based
pools, but in most cases we suggest that salt water is now the better way to go. Our clients get to view 3D custom designs
of their pool. Not only can we build the swimming pool of their dreams, but we complete the dream with construction of things
like outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and cabanas. Swimming pools have turned into a lifestyle and it is great if you can deal
with just one source to fulfill this lifestyle.”
“Because our business is so self-contained,
we are very efficient in building your pools. Often, we can turnkey the job in seven to fourteen days, and rarely do we go
over thirty days. One thing we insist on through every step of the process is a lien release from any contractor involved
in the swimming pool process. This serves as excellent protection for the homeowner.”
“We specialize in building green pools that not only help the environment, but save our customers money,” Marcus
says. “We use innovative technologies like a solar attic heater that takes the heat generated from your attic and recycles
it to heat your pool. This novel idea helps you save money both on your home energy bill and on your pool heating bill. We
also use variable speed pumps that can save substantially on your energy bill.”
